MIA Voice — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 September 2026

MIA Voice is published by Pr3vail Game Co (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what the app does with data. The short version: MIA Voice has no servers of its own. Your conversations, saved documents, downloaded models and voices live only on your device. The only time anything leaves your device is when you talk to a cloud model or cloud voice that you configured with your own API key or server — and then it goes straight to that provider, never through us.

Questions or requests: support@pr3vailco.com

What stays on your device

Everything MIA Voice creates or imports is stored locally on your device (in the app’s private storage):

  • Chat history and conversations
  • Documents, articles and notes saved in the Reader, and your place in each
  • Downloaded speech-to-text and on-device chat models
  • Imported and cloned voices
  • App settings and your saved AI API keys (encrypted)

We do not have a copy of any of this. We run no backend, no cloud sync, and no account system. There is nothing for us to hand over, sell, or lose.

Deleting your data: clear the app’s storage in Android Settings, or uninstall the app. That permanently removes everything above from the device.

On-device AI (no network)

MIA Voice bundles offline AI engines that run entirely on your device with no internet connection:

  • Speech-to-text for talking to MIA (whisper.cpp) — your microphone audio is transcribed on-device and discarded after transcription; it is never uploaded
  • On-device chat (llama.cpp), using a model file you download or import

A model you run on your own local network (Ollama, llama-server, LM Studio) never sends anything beyond your device or your network either.

Cloud AI features (only with your own key, only when you use them)

MIA Voice can also talk to third-party AI and voice providers if you choose to enter your own API key for that provider in Connections or Voices. When you then chat with a cloud model, have a reply spoken in a cloud voice, or clone a voice, the app sends — directly from your device to that provider over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection — only what that request needs:

You do thisWhat is sentTo whom
Chat with a cloud modelYour messages and the current conversationAnthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, DeepSeek, Moonshot or MiniMax — per your choice
Have a reply read by a cloud voiceThe reply textElevenLabs or OpenAI
Clone a voiceA short audio recording you make, plus a nameElevenLabs, or a companion server you run yourself
Save an article from a linkA request to that URLThe website you entered

We are not a party to that exchange — there is no Pr3vail proxy in the middle. Your data is handled under that provider’s privacy policy and terms, and you manage it (including deletion) through your account with that provider. If you never enter a key for a provider, nothing is ever sent to it.

Permissions and why they’re used

PermissionWhyRequired?
MicrophoneSpeak to MIA and hands-free listening; on-device speech-to-text and voice cloningOptional
InternetTalk to a cloud model or voice you configured; download an optional on-device modelOptional — the app works fully offline with an on-device model and the device voice

What we do NOT do

  • No analytics, telemetry, tracking, advertising or third-party SDKs of that kind
  • No user accounts, no sign-in, no collection of your name, email or contacts
  • No selling or sharing of data for advertising
  • No collection of location

Children

MIA Voice is not directed to children. It provides unfiltered voice and text access to third-party AI models whose output we do not control, so it is intended for users 18 and older.

Changes

If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date above changes and the new version is published at the same URL.
