Mia Social Studio — Privacy Policy

Mia Social Studio is published by Pr3vail Game Co (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what the app does with data. The short version: Mia Social Studio has no servers of its own. The description you type and the drafts it generates stay on your device, or go on-device (nothing leaves the phone at all), or go straight from your device to whichever AI provider you chose and configured with your own API key — never through us.

What stays on your device
Everything below lives locally in the app’s private storage on your device:
- The “About Me” profile text you write, describing who you’re drafting for
- Your Discord webhook URL and other app settings
- Your saved AI provider API keys — on Android, encrypted at rest (Android Keystore-backed,
via
EncryptedSharedPreferences); on other platforms this app can run in a browser preview, that fallback storage is not encrypted - Your saved draft history (a Pro feature — see below), if you’ve unlocked it
- Whether you own the one-time “Pro” unlock (see “Purchases” below)
We do not have a copy of any of this. We run no backend, no cloud sync, and no account system. There is nothing for us to hand over, sell, or lose.
Deleting your data: clear the app’s storage in Android Settings, or uninstall the app. That permanently removes everything above from the device.
On-device AI (no network)
Mia Social Studio bundles an offline chat engine (llama.cpp) that can draft your posts entirely on your device, with no internet connection. What you type and the drafts it generates never leave the device when you use this “On-device” provider.
Cloud AI providers (only with your own key, only when you use them)
Mia Social Studio can also draft copy using a third-party AI provider if you choose to enter your own API key for that provider in Setup. When you then draft with a cloud provider, the app sends — directly from your device to that provider over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection — the description you typed and the per-channel drafting instructions needed to generate your post. There is no Pr3vail server in the middle of that request.
Providers Mia Social Studio can be configured to use: OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), xAI (Grok), MiniMax, Moonshot (Kimi), DeepSeek, a user-supplied “Custom” OpenAI-compatible endpoint, or Ollama running on your own PC on the same Wi-Fi network. Your data is handled under that provider’s own privacy policy and terms, and you manage it (including deletion) through your account with that provider. If you never enter a key for a provider, nothing is ever sent to it.
Discord
If you set up a Discord webhook URL in Settings and use “Push to Discord”, the post text is sent directly from your device to that Discord webhook you configured. We are not a party to that exchange.
Draft history (Pro feature)
If you unlock Pro, drafts you generate are saved on-device (most recent 200) so you can find and reuse them later. This history is stored on-device only and never transmitted anywhere — not to us, not to any AI provider, not anywhere else.

What we do NOT do
- No analytics, telemetry, tracking, advertising or third-party SDKs of that kind
- No user accounts, no sign-in, no collection of your name, email or contacts
- No selling or sharing of data for advertising
- No collection of location
Purchases
The one-time “Pro” unlock (10 additional social channels + draft history) is processed by Google Play Billing. We receive from Google only the information needed to confirm the purchase (an order token / entitlement) — the app only learns whether you own it. We do not receive your payment details.
Children
Mia Social Studio is not directed to children and is intended for general audiences drafting their own marketing/social copy.
Changes
If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date above changes and the new version is published at the same URL.
