MIA Pocket — Privacy Policy

MIA Pocket is published by Pr3vail Game Co (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what the app does with data. The short version: MIA Pocket has no servers of its own. Your projects, notes, drawings and generated assets live only on your device. The only time anything leaves your device is when you use a cloud AI feature that you configured with your own API key — and then it goes straight to that provider, never through us.

What stays on your device
Everything you make in MIA Pocket is stored locally on your device (in the app’s private storage):
- Projects, notes, Kanban boards, moodboards
- Drawings and image-editor documents
- Generated and imported assets (images, 3D models, sprites, audio, video)
- App settings and your saved AI API keys
- Your trial status / Pro licence
We do not have a copy of any of this. We run no backend, no cloud sync, and no account system. There is nothing for us to hand over, sell, or lose.
Deleting your data: clear the app’s storage in Android Settings, or uninstall the app. That permanently removes everything above from the device.
On-device AI (no network)
MIA Pocket bundles offline AI engines that run entirely on your device with no internet connection:
- Speech-to-text for chat dictation (whisper.cpp)
- On-device chat and image understanding (llama.cpp)
- On-device image generation (stable-diffusion.cpp)
Audio, text and images processed by these features never leave your device.
Cloud AI features (only with your own key, only when you use them)
MIA Pocket can also talk to third-party AI providers if you choose to enter your own API key for that provider in Settings. When you then run a cloud generation or a cloud chat, the app sends — directly from your device to that provider over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection — only what that request needs, which may include:
- The text prompt you typed
- Any reference image, photo, sketch or audio clip you attached to that request
- Model / size / style options you selected
Providers MIA Pocket can be configured to use include: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, Google (Gemini), xAI (Grok), DeepSeek, Moonshot, Tripo3D, Meshy, Hi3D, Rodin, MiniMax, ElevenLabs, Stability AI and PixelLab. We are not a party to that exchange — there is no Pr3vail proxy in the middle. Your data is handled under that provider’s privacy policy and terms, and you manage it (including deletion) through your account with that provider. If you never enter a key for a provider, nothing is ever sent to it.
Permissions and why they’re used

What we do NOT do
- No analytics, telemetry, tracking, advertising or third-party SDKs of that kind
- No user accounts, no sign-in, no collection of your name, email or contacts
- No selling or sharing of data for advertising
- No collection of location
Purchases
The one-time “Pro” unlock is processed by Google Play Billing. We receive from Google only the information needed to confirm the purchase (an order token / entitlement). We do not receive your payment details.
Children
MIA Pocket is not directed to children. Because it can generate images with few restrictions, it is intended for users 18 and older.
Changes
If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date above changes and the new version is published at the same URL.
